Mondial Assistance is committed to developing close, long-term relationships with its networ of assistance and service providers. Our networks are fully vetted and constant monitoring ensures that we deliver the highest quality of service to our clients and their customers. |
We use a combination of national and local crash repair centres to ensure total geographic coverage for all of our requirements. Our current network includes services such as fully tracked servicing and agreed levels of rotation.
Fully tracked servicing
The Mondial Aligned Repairer Network provides the customer with a fast and effective emergency service. Our customer’s minds are put at ease with the knowledge that all repairs come with a 3 year written guarantee of quality and that they will be kept mobile during the repair process.
Agreed levels of rotation
All of our aligned repairers provide new replacement cars and also provide a 24 hour emergency towing service. Each repairer is audited and inspected on a bi-annual basis to ensure that each case has been handled to the highest standards.

Qualified Professionals
We have full-time medical and nursing staff on call every day of the year at our headquarters, together with a worldwide network of medical professionals with invaluable local knowledge. At the first sign of a serious problem, one telephone call to our experienced multi-lingual operations personnel is all it takes to organise assistance. The Mondial staff doctor assesses each medical case and will discuss with the treating doctor the recommended course of action. Our local medical agent can provide on-the-spot assistance if necessary as well as accurate medical reports to staff doctors at headquarters.
Repatriation
Should repatriation be medically necessary, we have established contacts with airlines and air ambulance operators who have advanced medical equipment on board. Staff doctors are not only experienced in general medicine; they have considerable expertise in aero-medical repatriation. We also have an extensive stock of medical equipment which is used by experienced medical escorts on air ambulances, as well as doctors and nurses escorting patients on scheduled flights. In fact, we can perform up to 50 medical repatriations at any one time.
Cost Containment
In addition to patient care we are also involved in paying hospital bills, medical liaison, monitoring treatment and, importantly, cost containment of medical fees. The medical team and claims department closely monitor all medical costs incurred and the client and/or insurer is kept informed at all times as the case progresses. Strict control is exercised over care providers to ensure over prescription, over billing and other errors are not made. We will also look after the administration and paperwork.
