File An Insurance Claim

If an event covered by your policy interfered with your trip, simply file a claim and provide the necessary supporting documents. We will process your claim quickly and will be available to answer any questions you have.

How to File a Claim

To claim please visit the website www.mondialtravelclaims.com. This will lead you to our online claims notification service where claim forms can be obtained immediately via e-mail or by downloading directly from the site.
